Sofia Jakobsson (birth date 04/23/1990) is a Swedish football player. In 2011, she joined the national team and so far represented her country 43 times. She also plays for Montpellier HSC as a forward. Sofia took part in such important competitions as FIFA in 2011, UEFA in 2013, Olympic Games, etc. In 2015, she was the top Scorer of the Algarve Cup. The following year she got a silver medal at Summer Olympic Games. She works with Adidas now and promotes the brand as Adidas Athlete.
