Jennette McCurdy is an American actress and singer most famous through her work with Nickelodeon. She began her career when she was 8 (in 2000). She appeared in episodes of series like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Medium, Zoey 101, Between, etc.

She released a music album in 2002. In 2007 she got the role in the main cast of iCarly she used to write articles for Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, and Seventeen magazine. In 2018 she debuted as a director with the short movie Kenny.
