Michaela Coel (birth date 10/01/1987) is an actress who got her skills at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She also tried herself in screenwriting, poetry, singing, etc. Her debuted in 2013 and performed in different theatres.
In 2016, she got the BAFTA for Chewing Gum series that she created, wrote, and starred in. Her latest work was in Black Earth Rising series co-created by Netflix and BBC 2. That year she acted in Been So Long film as well.
